Douglas (Doug) Crandall is a Managing Director with Baird. Doug assists families with addressing important financial planning issues, while focusing his emphasis on investment management and PIM portfolios. Doug services his clients out of the Baird Cleveland office.

Doug entered the financial services industry in May of 1990. Doug combines his experience, discipline and philosophy along with the vast products and research of Baird to help clients with their financial goals.

Doug is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He currently holds his Series 7, 63, 65, and 31 licenses.

Family & Community

Doug enjoys numerous sporting and social events. He was the founder and president of the Crandall Family and Friends Foundation, created with the purpose of helping children. Doug believes in giving back to the community and does so through many wonderful organizations and events.

Doug was born in Fairview Park, Ohio. Doug and Maureen were married on September 23, 1995. The currently reside in Hinkley, with their children Hannah, Michael, Adam, Halle, Jacob, and Nicholas.

Gerald (Jerry) Jarzabek is a Director with Baird. He provides a wide variety of financial services to his clients through the Baird office in Cleveland. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM (CFP^®) professional and Certified Private Wealth Advisor^®TM (CPWA^®).

Experience & Education

Jerry began his career in the financial services industry in 1993 after graduating from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Adminstration Degree.

Family & Community

Jerry is also very involved in volunteer activities. He is past President of the Rotary Club of Cleveland, Cleveland Rotary Foundation, and Old Stone Foundation. He is currently a trustee at Marymount Healthcare Systems serving on the finance committee and director of the Cleveland State Foundation serving on the investment committee.

Jerry is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio. He now resides in North Royalton with his wife Kelly. He has three daughters, Olivia, Abbey. and Grace. He is an avid runner and has completed numerous marathons, including the Boston Marathon.

Ryan Cox is a Director with Baird. He provides a wide range of wealth management and investment services to his clients through the Baird office in downtown Cleveland.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in      accounting. He began his financial services career in 1998.

Ryan currently serves as Mayor for the Village of Waite Hill and is co-founder of the Waite Hill Village Foundation. He has served in various roles at St. Hubert’s Episcopal Church and is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Cleveland.

Ryan is a lifelong resident of Northeast Ohio and resides in Waite Hill Village with his wife Julie and daughters, Claire and Hazel.

Christine Benner Wiskochil is a Vice President with Baird. She provides a wide range of wealth management and investment services to her clients through the Baird office in downtown Cleveland. Her areas of expertise within financial services inclide life insurance protection strategies, retirement planning with a focus on investments and education and investment strategies. Christine and her team have served clients for over 60 years.

Christine earned her Bachelor's Degree from The University of Toledo and graduated Cum Laude. She began her career in the Financial Services industry in 1991.

Family & Community

Christine has a passion for using her finance and communication skills to strengthen her community. She has been a treasurer of Cleveland Rotary Club, Rocky River Chamber of Commerce and a Board Member of Recovery Resources. Christine was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio and now resides in Lakewood, OH. In her free time, she enjoys camping, outdoor activities, fitness, teaching, church, volunteering, and spending time with her husband Jim and dog Ogelthorpe.

Albert (Albie) Pompeo is a PWM financial planner with Baird. Albie works with the team to help prepare comprehensive financial plans as well as investment breakdowns and wealth reports. He works through the Baird office in downtown Cleveland.

Albie graduated college in the fall of 2020 from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance. He is Series 7 and 66 Licensed, and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM  (CFP^®).

Family & Community

Albie currently resides in Lakewood, Ohio. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, watching movies, and participating in outdoor activities.

Janeanne Gregg is a Client Specialist in Baird's Cleveland Office. She handles the administrative services and related requests for clients of the group.

Janeanne began working with Baird in 2019 and joined The BCJC Group in 2021. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in Waldorf Education from Kent State University.

Janeanne is Series 7, 66, and 99 Licensed. 

Family & Community

Janeanne resides in Akron, Ohio with her four children. Janeanne is active in her children's schools and extracurricular activities. In her free time, Janeanne enjoys reading, hiking, and kayaking with her family.

Amanda is a Client Assistant in Baird's Cleveland Office. She handles the administrative services and related requests for clients of the group.

Michael is a Client Assistant in Baird's Cleveland Office. Michael is currently assisting clients at Baird and working toards becoming fully licensed to become an advisor.

Michael begain interning with The BCJC Group in November of 2022. He joined the team as a full-time Client Assistant in January 2025 after graduating from Cleveland State University.

Family & Community

Michael currently resides in Hinkley, Ohio. He is a Cleveland sports fan and enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Michael is also a manager at his family's ice cream shop, What's the Scoop in North Royalton.

Katie Lemasters is a Client Assistant in Baird's Cleveland Office. She handles the administrative services and related requests for clients of the group

Katie resides in Middleburg Heights with her partner Bobby and their kids Oliver, Gwendolyn, and Violet. In her free time she likes to read, hike, walk with her dog Hank, or enjoy time with her friends and family.
